We're an independent roastery out of Portland. Every batch is roasted in small runs of 40lbs or less, tasted by our head roaster, and shipped within 48 hours — never sitting on a shelf going stale.
No blends we wouldn't drink ourselves. No beans older than 3 weeks off the roaster. Just dark, bold coffee made the hard way.
